About the rooms: The house has one bedroom (with a double bed and two bunk beds), a bathroom, a full kitchen and a barbecue on the balcony. There is a place to park the car on the next lot. We have two more rental houses on the same land, so we ask that each guest respect their space and use common sense regarding noise. Located 9 km from Boqueirão (right side) and 600 meters from the beach, the house has a rustic decor. Other things to note • The guest must bring bedding, bath and personal hygiene items; • The house has 110V and 220V outlets — check the indicated voltage before connecting your appliances; • When you leave, we ask that you turn off the lights and fans; • Damaged or broken items must be replaced; • We do not provide beach items for loan; • We ask for the conscientious use of water. Each house has its own water tank, but there may be a lack of water in the city. Hours: • Check-in: from 2 p.m.; • Check-out: until 12 am. If there are no other guests checking in or out on the same day, times may be flexible upon request. As stated in the ad, we have other rental homes on the same plot of land. We count on everyone's cooperation to respect the spaces and silence, especially in relation to noise.
