All rooms are located on the ground floor. From the bright living room you can step onto the lovely terrace, where there is also a mooring place for your own boat. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a spacious dining table and sitting area.  There are also two bedrooms, with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds. In addition, there is a separate toilet and a luxurious, modern bathroom. The entire apartment has underfloor heating. The laundry room with washer and dryer can also be found on the ground floor. Environment The apartment is located on the Uitgeest marina. This offers countless possibilities. The lake is perfect for water sports enthusiasts. Do you want to bring your own boat? No problem, there is a mooring place for your own boat at the house. It is also possible to rent a boat, sub or sailboat. It is a good place for fishermen to cast your fishing line, you will find jetties everywhere. In the immediate vicinity there are several good restaurants that you can reach on foot. The beach of Castricum aan Zee is just half an hour by bike. You will find various nature reserves along the coast. Walking or cycling through the dunes of Heemskerk or Castricum, you can enjoy the flowering dune plants and singing birds in the spring. In autumn you will discover the beautiful colors of the trees and mushrooms. Due to its varied landscapes, the Bakkum estate is definitely recommended for a walk, cycle or run. If you prefer the hustle and bustle, Alkmaar, the charming artists' village of Bergen and Haarlem are reachable within 20 minutes by car. Good to know There is the possibility to park 1 car at the house (with charging station). Any other car(s) can be parked in the general parking lot at the beginning of the park.
