The space Enjoy a lot of space and privacy in our two-bedroom villa, a large private garden, adult and kiddie pool and an outdoor patio with kitchen where you can bring and cook your own food. We only charge corkage fees for full catering services. On the south side of the property, you’ll enjoy the beauty of picturesque view of the sunset near the fishpond area while enjoying watching your friends or families fishing or boating. There are 2 bedrooms at the Master Villa with 6 total beds- #1 LOFT (2 queen/2king-10pax) #2 DECK (2 queen-4pax) Since we are in a farm environment pls expect unavoidable flying/crawling insects specially at night time. We encourange guests to bring and apply insect repellants at night. If you are not a nature person and looking for complete amenities in common hotels, apologies but this setting may not be for you. Our farm is perfect for small and big groups who wish to embrace the great outdoors. FREE ACTIVITIES: -fishing and vegetable picking; free 1klo excess P200/klo for the entire stay - boating -duck feeding -bonfire Pls approach our staff for any assistance. NOTE: VISITORS- we allow up to 20pax maximum visitors for Master Villa with 300 per head charge oncluding household helpers and drivers. EXTRA SLEEPING GUEST/S- we allow up to 6pax with 500 per head per night charge, this comes with extra floor mattress(es) ,pillows and linens. Children 3yo and above, household helpers and drivers are counted. PET POLICY-We allow up to 3pets maximum with 1000 per pet per night charge. Any damages caused, you will be charged more than the security deposit. All pets shall be properly leashed at all times. It is the guests responsibility to provide their own beddings and shall be in diapers at all times. NO DRONES. There are 3more other small villas near you, kindly refrain from using drones for the privacy of other checked in guests. WE DO NOT ALLOW PHOTO/VIDEO SHOOTS,PRODUCT SHOOTS AND EVENTS IN THE PROPERTY. This can be settled thru Gcash or cash payment.The amount will returned after check out provided that there are no damages,missing or broken items in the property. Staff are there to assist you but only until 8pm. Currently, there’s no restaurant on site you may bring and cook your own food, order to our partner restaurant (Bale Capampangan Restaurant) or via Grab Food App. FREE VIDEOKE.
