Spread out and unwind at this newly renovated nature lovers getaway. Located on 7.5 acres just outside of Fairview, close to Nashville, Leiper’s Fork and the Natchez Trace. Enjoy the walking trail around the property, s’mores around the fire pit, or gather on the 800 sq foot partially covered back porch. This house is perfect for a multiple family retreat where kids can safely play and explore in the outdoors. We are pet friendly, with the back deck being gated. Come relax!! The space This is a newly renovated ranch on 7.5 acres with a modern farmhouse vibe. There are wood floors and tile throughout. Both bathrooms feature tile showers. The master bath is small and cozy, while the large guest bath boasts a double vanity, Delta rain shower head and a wand. We power these showers with two 50 gallon hot water heaters. We have a stackable washer and dryer located downstairs that you can access through the covered open garage. There are deer, turkeys, and lots of other wildlife that are frequently seen from the huge back porch. Fire up the grill, the propane fire pit, throw some bags on our cornhole boards or just enjoy the peaceful view while you sip your morning coffee. We are centrally located to Franklin/Brentwood, Spring Hill, Dickson, Bellevue, Natchez Trace and Leiper’s fork. The airport is a 30-35 minute drive. Whether you’re just passing through, are an outdoor enthusiast, traveling with a large group, or want a safe place for your kids and pets to roam, this will suit you. We look forward to your visit! Guest access You will have access to the entire home and the basement laundry room accessed through the covered garage. The main basement has not been completed yet so that is not currently available. Other things to note If you need help getting the propane porch heaters started, let us know and we will run up and get you squared away. If you need to swap out bedding or towels, send us a message and we will get that handled for you.
