This recently renovated daylight Suite provides all the amenities you require for a tranquil stay, including a private hot tub, air conditioning, and a king-size bed to rejuvenate after a day of exploring. Conveniently situated just five minutes from the Kamloops airport, the suite is also accessible to Mac Park within ten minutes and Sun Peaks within forty-five minutes. Additionally, it is within walking distance of numerous scenic trails along the Thompson River. Furthermore, the suite offers a five-minute drive to the local grocery store and convenient access to several Kamloops golf courses and wineries. The suite features two full bedrooms, one with a king size bed including a smart 43” TV, the other with a double bed and in the living room is a fold out sectional for 1 additional guest. Suite features its own private entrance with smart lock and code will be provided upon booking. Full laundry facilities in the suite with all supplies included. There is ample closet space in the entryway and both bedrooms. The bathroom features a full bathtub, heated mirror, and all shower amenities. The kitchen features a full size fridge with built-in water and icemaker, dishwasher, microwave and oven. Kitchen is completely stocked with everything required for all meals and cooking needs. The Nespresso and Keurig coffee machines are also equipped with free coffee pods, tea, sugar and sweetener. The living room features a 65” smart tv and a large kennel for your furry companions. High speed wifi provided. The outdoor patio area features a fully fenced garden area and propane barbeque as well as a beautiful private six person hot tub to unwind after a long day. The hosts reside upstairs, and we kindly request that guests maintain a respectful and quiet demeanor. Quiet hours will be strictly enforced. Parties are strictly prohibited. For the safety and liability of both owners and guests, surveillance cameras are on the property. These cameras include a doorbell camera at the front door and one on the back deck.
