This home is cooled by a swamp cooler, this is different from central air as there is a unit on the roof with circulating water on pads that then blows air to cool it. Guest access You will be provided with a Personal 4 digit code to enter the Guesthouse. Coded lock is located on the front door. Our guesthouse is a 720 SF in-law unit that is attached to a detached 4-car garage ( No access to the garages) The entire home is yours and is very private. Other things to note Here’s a quick guide to help you decide if this is the guest home for your needs: Driveway & Parking: Our horseshoe driveway offers plenty of parking, with easy access to the concrete pad or by the wood fence. If it’s wet, follow the fence line to avoid the softer middle section. There’s ample space for extra vehicles and trailers. Bedrooms: Both bedrooms feature queen-sized medium/firm mattresses, dressers, luggage racks, and closet shelving with hangers. Note: You pass through the master bedroom to access the second bedroom! If you prefer a soft mattress, these might feel a bit firm for you. Bathroom: The bathroom has a walk-in shower with two safety rails, fresh towels, and travel-size toiletries for your convenience. Amenities: Enjoy coffee, cream, sugar, and some snacks, plus chilled beer mugs and ice in the freezer. We’ve also provided blankets for the beds, your lap, and heated blankets in the master closet along with a space heater. Cooling & Heating: Cooling: The evaporative cooler adds humidity and works great in warmer months but is turned off during freezing temps. Heating: In-floor radiant heat is preset to keep your feet warm and cozy. Dining & Kitchen: The dining table seats six, and the kitchen is equipped with basic cooking supplies and major appliances to make meals easy. Living Room: Relax on the queen-sized sofa sleeper or one of the comfy chairs. We offer Dish TV and a Blu-ray player for entertainment. Laundry: There’s a full-size washer and gas dryer, with complimentary laundry soap available.
