The Pavillon is a gorgeous and comfortable accommodation in the heart of Nîmes. - Historic building classified XVII century - Very well located: Close to local attractions & public transportation: 30m away from Arenas, 5min train station, complimentary access to the underground car park of Arenas - Secure and restful in a quiet environment with comfortable bedding - Chill and intimate with its garden and private rooftop - Comfortable and cosy with high-end equipment, AC and refined decoration The space The Pavilion is an independent 45m2 accommodation located in a patio of architectural and historical building; former residence of the Marquis de Valfons (XVII century). He own his private garden 80m2 in ground floor and its private rooftop 23m2 on the 2nd floor accessible only by pavillon's indoor stairs. Fully equipped kitchen hight startdard with a convection and microwave oven, a chiller&freezer, a dishwasher and a capsule Krups nespresso coffee maker, boiler, toaster... The laundry area is equipped with and washing machine, iron, and Dyson vacuum. You'll have everything you need to feel right at home! Get ready to experience ultimate comfort in the open mezzanine floor bedroom! You'll be sleeping on a cozy bed 160x200 with a Epeda mattress and linen 100% cotton. Large wooden shutters for the large window in the living room/mezzanine and 100% blackout curtains for the front door and the small window on the mezzanine. You'll have your own attached shower room and toilet. Air dryer at your disposal. To the attention of people with mobility issues: access to the mezzanine is via the main staircase which is not equipped with a handrail (or alternatively the interior spiral staircase who's going to the roof top). ​ The house's thick stone walls keep it cool in the summer and warm in the winter, it has been recently renovated with high-performance materials and double glazing to meet energy efficiency standards. Plus, you'll have AC.   You will enjoy the sun ouf south of France with a refreshing drink in complete privacy! Our intimate rooftop with sofas, sunbeds and umbrella on the second floor is perfect if you're looking to catch some rays unwind, this is the place to be! THE SURROUNDING The Roman architectural wonders are just a few steps away, making it an ideal location for visitors to explore the city without a car. For those who drive, complimentary access to public underground carpark with power charging stations is located 3min away walking distance. The train station is also within a 5-minute walk, and several supermarkets are conveniently located nearby.
