A cozy house, for the whole family, in the middle of the Alt Empordà plain. Very close to Figueres, Roses and l'Escala, with the beach 15 minutes away. Stone house, completely renovated in 2009. It has access through the front yard where a vehicle can enter. Kitchen, dining room and bathroom on the ground floor. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the first floor. All have an outside balcony. Porch and garden. Pool open from May 15th to September. The space The kitchen has direct access to the outside porch where there is a large table for making meals. The porch is for private use and is separated from the pool and garden area by a security fence. Outside, there are areas of sun and shade too. The house has a lot of natural light and is sunny, which makes it very comfortable in both summer and winter. Guest access The entrance to the estate also gives access to another apartment owned by the family. The pool is shared only with other family members. It is not crowded and privacy is guaranteed. There is also an outdoor bathroom for exclusive use. Other things to note The house has heating and air conditioning. We provide a hand towel and a shower towel for each traveler.
