I am pleased to inform you that we are planning a renovation of the facade and the terraces for this year. This will make our accommodation a nicer place. I must also inform you that some work is currently being done on the facade. Occasional disturbances may occur due to work in the building. The work hours are from 10 am to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm, and the hours of rest established by law are respected. You may notice some scrapes, scaffolding, shoring and transparent safety nets in the building. This is due to prior safety improvements that have been made in the building in order to start the renovation. For safety reasons, the terrace will not be available in the accommodation; access is restricted to the workers. Please check with us before and during your booking if you need to. I inform you that although you may see the building somewhat less attractive at present, do not worry, the building is totally safe, stable and complies with the regulations and ordinances of the city of Salou and its technical and architectural inspections. That is, it is totally habitable. The apartment is equipped with: • 1 Bedroom with a 150-cm double bed • 1 Bedroom with 2 90cm beds. • Full bathroom with a tub. • Kitchen equipped with appliances. • Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, sandwich maker, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. • Living room with 42" TV + Fire TV. • Free Wi-Fi. • Hot/cold climate control. Other things to note - Smoking is not permitted inside the house. - Smoking is allowed on the terrace. -Pets are allowed (with a surcharge). But they are not allowed to climb on sofas or beds. The guest must take care of their needs and any damage they may cause - No events or drug use allowed on the premises. - Guests may not stay overnight without our permission, nor may more guests than those indicated in the reservation. The guests listed on the reservation and checked in are the ones who will stay at the property. If more guests than registered are detected during the random access control during your stay, this may lead to the notification of the competent authorities. -There are hours of rest that must be respected to ensure the tranquility of the community and the neighborhood. From midnight to 8:00 AM, the neighborhood should not be disturbed. -We have a night watchman in the community in charge of supervising that these rest regulations are complied with. - Before your arrival, a deposit of €250 per guest must be made, this amount will be refunded in full on the same day of your departure, after the corresponding review of the accommodation. -You must register guests online and provide identification data as well as pay a tourist tax per person per night. Before entering the accommodation. - We do not charge our guests for a cleaning service, but we ask for a few minimum requirements at the time of departure, collection of the garbage generated and depositing it in the outside containers, tidy kitchen and cleaning of the utensils used, towels deposited in the bathroom. Failure to follow these instructions may result in extra payments upon departure of between €20-90.
