Restful Bedrooms Both bedrooms offer plush queen-size beds, soft linens, spacious closets, and charming Western touches that create peaceful, cozy retreats for a great night’s sleep. Fully Equipped Kitchen The newly renovated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, bright cabinetry, and a full set of essentials, giving you everything you need to cook a hearty meal, prepare snacks, or enjoy a quiet morning coffee before heading out. Clean & Comfortable Bathroom The full bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer, so you can pack light and stay comfortably. We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would and follow the house rules. -No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval -No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts -No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included). -Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes -Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM -Please remove shoes in the house 🐾 Pet Policy . Pet Fee • A $100 pet fee per stay applies. • This fee will be automatically added to your reservation when you include your pet at the time of booking. • Pets must be disclosed during booking. House Rules for Pets • Please pick up after your pet at all times, both inside and outside the property. • Pets should not be left unattended in the condo unless properly kenneled. • We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring protective coverings. Cleaning Policy • If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied.
