Jacuzzi is available and treated with chemicals in between guests. As with anything to do with Covid 19, use at your discretion. No unexpected guests or pets allowed without owner approval. Any violation of any of the house rules will result in immediate termination of the reservation. If a guest has NO reviews on Airbnb, owner requires a $250 refundable deposit if none of the house rules are broken.
