We aim to provide a 5-star stay, not in terms of luxury, but in terms of convenient location, comfort, and responsiveness. What makes this home a gem is that it's also our personal vacation spot whenever we're in Orlando! You'll find quality and comfort—truly a home away from home that has many personal touches. We absolutely love having breakfast outside and listening to the birds from the forest preserve right behind the house. Plus, the forest preserve park offers trails and various outdoor activities! This spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom single-level home is ideally located less than 2 miles from Universal Studios. The house layout is: Bedrooms: 1. Master Bedroom: King bed, SMART TV 50", attached bathroom, and walk-in closet. This bedroom can get a little "hot" so we added an extra AC in there! 2. Second Bedroom: Two twin beds and SMART TV 50". 3. Third Bedroom: Two twin beds, small closet and SMART TV 32” (this bedroom faces the pool). 4. Fourth Bedroom: Queen bed, SMART TV 50" and walking closet (this bedroom faces the pool). 5. Fifth Bedroom: Queen bed with attached bathroom, walking closet and SMART TV 50". 6. Extra Bathroom located in the hallway. Living Spaces has an open concept connecting living room, dining room and kitchen! The kitchen was recently renovated with brand new appliances! We also have a fully stocked kitchen utensil. Outdoor: The Laundry Room is located in the Lanai! While we don’t provide laundry detergent, you’ll have access to a free washer and dryer. This is a family home which was built in the 70s. We have been able to renovate the home to be a modern oasis and are always slowly improving the space more and more. The neighborhood is safe with most families in the area living here for over 30 years. Neighbors are mindful of the guests so please be mindful of them! - Step outside to a huge pool that's perfect for cooling off after a day of fun. It ranges from 3ft to 7ft deep, so there's something for everyone! The pool is uncovered, which means debris from the forest preserve behind the home may occasionally fly into the pool. Pool maintenance happens every Tuesday and Thursday during business hours and they’ll come through the side gate to not disturb guests. If needed, there is a pool skimmer for guests to use if desired. You can always contact the host for any special cleaning needs. Enjoy your swim! - A beautiful gazebo with shades and screens provides a comfortable spot to unwind! - The BBQ area is perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. ** - Lounge chairs and more are available for your leisure! And more... - Private parking is available for your convenience, and there’s also street parking if you need it. Just a heads-up: try to avoid street parking on Tuesdays, as it’s trash pick-up day, also don't park in front of neighbors houses since they also use their spots for parking. - The backyard is spacious and private, perfect for a peaceful retreat. If you’re enjoying the outdoors with your pets, please remember to pick up after them. **Grill is available for an extra fee of $75 this includes cleaning and propane.
