Spacious 4 bedroom 2 & A half bathroom fully furnished home built in 2021. This house sits on almost a 1/4 acre Windsor/Severance, CO. This is Close to all Northern Colorado amenities including Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Budweiser Event Center, and more. Amazing views from the back yard with open space and mountain views. The space Beautifully decorated house with all common cookware to stay comfortably! Baby swing as well as a pack and play provided for guests traveling with an infant. Other things to note We provide 3 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom for each week long stay. We provide 3 rolls of paper towels for each week stay. We provide 5-7 laundry pods for each week stay. Anything above this will be at the guests responsibility to replenish for themselves. There are large containers with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, as well as hand soaps in all bathrooms and kitchen. We provide trash bags as well as dishwashing detergent.
