Full private bath with stand-up shower. - Large Bedroom 1 with King size bed a flat-screen smart TV, Full bathroom shared. - Star Wars Themed Bedroom with two full size beds, a flat-screen smart TV, Full bathroom shared. LOFT AREA 2nd Floor Spacious family room with 65” smart flat-screen TV and a game table KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, baking sheet, blender, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, slow cooker, oven, refrigerator w/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, silverware, dish ware. Dining room table seats 8 people and there are 4 barstools at the island and a working area. PATIO/OUTDOOR AREA Screened private pool with heating available at an additional cost of $55/night- it has to be for the entire stay, no partial payments. BBQ Grill also available at an additional cost of $110 for the stay. Outdoor dining table for 8 pool lounge chairs. Half bathroom available as well. IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. A starter of complimentary toilet rolls, paper towel, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided for your initial convenience only. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder, pepper and salt will be provided prior to check in. EXTRAS: POOL HEATING: Can be added as an additional service to the reservation. It is an additional cost of $55/night and has to be for the entire stay, we do not do partial payments. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date. BBQ GRILL: Can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of $110. This will cover the cleaning of the grill so you do not have to worry about cleaning it before checkout. After 15 days Guests will also be responsible for obtaining their own propane. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. RECEIVING PACKAGES: You may have packages delivered to the home during your stay. Only deliveries from private couriers such as Amazon, UPS, and FedEx are accepted. Additionally they will be left at the front door. We and the resort are not responsible for missing delivery or returned packages. Please note that the resort does not accept or handle any USPS (United States Postal Service) mail or parcels. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. POOL HEATING FEE: Our pool can be heated upon request for a $55/day.
