Adjacent to the external portico is a guest bathroom with washing machine. FIRST FLOOR - Two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. Also on the first floor with access via a wooden spiral staircase, there is the suite with double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. Guest access Park: The 5,000 sq m garden surrounding the farmhouse is bordered by flowers, herbs, and typical Tuscan plants such as laurels, pomegranates, and olive trees.
