Beach front 2 bedroom spacious condo. Can sleep 6 people. Private gated community, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, wifi, smart tv, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, grill, 2 kayaks & parking. Walk up to the rooftop as well for a view of the bay. Ideal location & away from the crowds. Truly paradise. The space Location! As the Riviera Maya gets more popular and crowded, this bay will always stay small and quiet making it an ideal location. Plus the snorkeling is amazing. Guest access All of it! The condo is yours. Plus on the top of the building there is a huge terrace with an amazing view of the entire bay. You can even see Akumal bay from here. The sunsets over the jungle are amazing to see from there. Other things to note •I have some extra goodies at the condo for your convenience. Boogie Boards, Kayaks, Ice Chest, and a Grill. •I can also offer you full snorkeling equipment upon request. No extra charge but please ask me on arrival if you want them so I can get you set up for your vacation. •Both king sized beds have Tempurpedic pads on them making them amazingly comfortable. Good sleep is key on vacation. •Please don't hesitate to ask on checking into the condo a little earlier than 4pm which is my standard checking time. If I have the place ready earlier it would be my pleasure to let you in earlier. Same goes with checkout time. If I can let you stay later I most definitely will. Check out time is 11am. •I do not have a washer/dryer in the condo but I offer pick up and drop off laundry service for a small fee. •I offer maid service for a small fee. •Dogs are always welcome but I charge a one time extra $400 pesos cleaning fee. I collect this in person. The only rules are that they may not go on couch or bed during the stay. If they do then I charge another additional $200 pesos for the deep cleaning of the Tempurpedic pads.
