The space An authentic Spanish wooden door and a colorful ceramic nameplate reading "Casa Los Gallos" welcome you. A staircase takes you up to the front door, which opens into an entrance hall. To the left of the entrance hall is a SPACIOUS BEDROOM for 3 adults, with a double bed and a single bed, a closet and a unit with shelves. There is also a comfortable desk, ideal for those who wish to combine work and vacation. A shutter allows the room to be completely darkened. Directly opposite the entrance hall, is the pleasant and particularly bright KITCHEN, fully equipped including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, dolce gusto coffee maker, kettle and provided with all kitchenware. The washing machine and dryer are also located in the kitchen. From the entrance hall, a corridor turns the corner. Elegant wooden doors with glass windows give access to the LIVING AREA which stands out with its beautiful high ceilings and light. There are two comfortable sofas and a dining area that can seat five guests. The television offers multiple international channels via chromecast, and there is a small holiday swap library available for guests. ‍ In the central corridor there are two more doors opposite the entrance to the living room; + The first door leads to a SEPARATE BATHROOM, decorated in a pleasant and modern style and equipped with a comfortable walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The natural light in this bathroom is an added bonus. The second door leads to the MASTER BEDROOM, with a double bed and a bright bay window with a sofa. The room has shutters and can be fully darkened. This bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, decorated in the same airy modern style as the first bathroom and is also equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet, as well as having the pleasant benefit of natural light. + At the end of the central corridor leading through the house, there are two large glass patio doors, through which light floods in Casa Los Gallos. These doors give access to a small and cute city BALCONY, perfect for relaxing at the beginning or end of each day. It is the ideal place to wake up together with the town of Altea while enjoying a cup of coffee, or after another wonderful day's vacation in Altea, to have one last drink and go over the events of the day. Within walking distance of Casa Los Gallos, there are lots of opportunities to enjoy al fresco living , just a few minutes' walk away. + The beautiful pebble beach of Altea is nearby. From here you can take a beautiful beach walk, which will take you past the paradisiacal beaches of Cap Negret and La Olla to the little port of Porto Senso. + Those looking for entertainment can go in the opposite direction and walk all the way to bustling Albir, choosing from a variety of catering establishments for refreshments along the way. The really sporty ones can add another challenge, by going all the way up to the Albir lighthouse, where magnificent panoramic views of the bay of Albir and Altea await you. + Altea's village center is not to be missed, with an impressive selection of lively bars, good restaurants -both international and Spanish- and beautiful, stylish stores. + The cherry on the cake however, is the old town of Altea, located within walking distance of Casa Los Gallos.
