We are less than 15 minutes' walk or 800 meters from the tourist centre, on a platter of the main, at the top of Av itself. Monte Verde. The location is fully paved and is only 400 meters from the shopping center, where there are markets, pharmacies, bakeries and great restaurants. In addition, the property offers a privileged view. We offer the best prices all year round, without luxury, but with genuine home-style service. We are currently carrying out work in the entrance hall, which is already covered and in the finishing phase, with no impact on the accommodations. The rooms retain their original charm with rustic walls and burnt cement floors or old tiles, preserving the construction of more than 40 years. The inn is one of the first three in the history of Monte Verde, from when the city was still a farm. For demanding guests, we suggest bringing personal preference items. We do not perform extra cleaning in the rooms, we do not charge service fees and we do not accept pets. Although we don't offer breakfast, there are options nearby. The inn does not have its own parking lot, but cars can be parked in front. For motorcyclists, we offer space to store motorcycles at the front desk. Located in a prime area of the city, we are approximately 800 meters from the tourist center, with paved and easy access for those coming by bus. Guest access The property offers a fireplace room, ideal for moments of relaxation and socialization. In addition, there is a fireplace room in the outdoor area, providing a cozy and rustic atmosphere. For additional entertainment, the property includes a rustic living room and card table, perfect for games and informal gatherings. Other things to note We do not provide towels and toiletries. If you want to request towels, there is an additional cost of R$10 per piece.
