Failure to meet these eligibility requirements may result in cancellation or termination of occupancy. 3. Revocation of Permission to Occupy Dubbs Vision Property Management reserves the right to immediately revoke permission to occupy the property for violations of house rules, occupancy limits, safety policies, or applicable laws. 6. Trespass After Revocation If any person remains on or re-enters the property without written permission after permission to occupy has been revoked, that person may be treated as trespassing under Ohio law. 7. No Long-Term or Residential Use This property is leased by the night only. Multiple consecutive nights do not create a lease or tenancy. 8.
