No decoration If guest is staying for longer and wants complete home and utensils cleaning during their stay then that is 300/- day and kindly inform the same atleast 1 day prior. Guest access Visitors are not allowed during your stay. If you have to meet some one then plan meeting outside of the society. Kitchenettes like Sugar, Salt, Masalas etc will not be included. Kindly maintain decorum in balcony or common area and flat as 11pm-7am are silent hours and families stay on the same floor. Other things to note Points to Note:- 1) Wifi:- Details will be visible before your checkin 2) Carry your basic toiletaries with you (Tooth brush, Towels, Shampoo etc) 3) Call me at checkout to handover the key. I Will take the key and inspect the property. 4) Requesting to little take care of furniture and bedsheets as your own home as full home is of glass and delicate furniture. 5) Can park at any open space 6) Tv and ac remotes will be kept in room only. 7) In mrng appx 10am, garbage boy will come so put all your rubbish in that only. Do not left rubbish at the place whether its food from zomato/cigerettes lashes or your bottles etc. 8) Put all the used utensils in sink only 9) If using glass crocery, then handle with care else it will be chargeable of any damage is observed. 10) Eatable items present in fridge are not allowed to use. 11) Switch off ac, lights and fans at checkout. Fans have no buttons, only operated by a regulator. 12) Put the chairs at their original place(If taking out in balcony, take them back in room as weather will damage the chair) 13) Any missing/damage will be chargeable 14) Society has all shops in shopping complex of society like saloon, medicines, stationary, grocery, laundry and iron man etc 15) Vegetable or snacks stalls will be there outside the society gate in evening 16) If you wanna enjoy good view then you can go to second floor of shopping complex where gym is present to enjoy the view via lift present in shopping complex. 17) Smoking is not allowed inside house(can be done in balcony) 18) Outside the society, there is a shop which is open 24*7 for tea, chips and other stuff etc Happy stay Thanks Kindly treat this home as your home only as it is decorated and designed by me with so much love and emotions and with good and costly stuff so that guests will love the environment.
