The large and comfortable sofabed in the living room can accomodate 2 extra guests. Up to 6 people can stay at Fashion District TownHouse Unit 1. High speed WiFi Internet connection is available in the entire flat. The master bedroom has an extremely nice balcony from where you will love to enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of tea, especially during summer time. The brand new bathroom has a large shower, hairdryer, hair straightener wc & bidet. We offer during your stay a set of 3 clean towels and toilet paper. An electric Iron is available in the flat. Both bedrooms and the living room have an air conditioning system hot/cold. A fully equipped kitchen is available for you. Amongst a full range of pots and cutlery we are glad to offer to our guest a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle in case you prefer a tea. During your chill out time in the living room a LCD Smart TV with internet connection is available for you. You can follow your favourite channels or just surf the web. TownHouse by the Spanish Steps is perfectly suitable for romantic weekends for couples, for families with kids, or groups of friends. Guest access The guests will enjoy an entire indipendent unit of the Condo Complex. It has got everything you need for a memorable holiday ! Other things to note In case of late arrival (after 21.30), guests will be charged 25 Euro as late check-in fee. City tax of €3.50 per person per night is not included in the price and has to be paid upon arrival. We are always available to satisfy every kind of need or request.
