Please note this is not a house to book for partying! The HOAs are very strict on noise and parking violations (must be on driveway or in garage) if ordinances are broken fines will be assessed and passed on to you. This is an upscale newer home (2015). It's perfect for 2 families or one big one. It has an open floor plan with decks to relax on, gas BBQ and Hot tub. The house is located in a very secluded area of Tahoe Donner and minutes away from everything TD and the Tahoe area have to offer. Other things to note Many of our neighbors live in Truckee full or part time. Please be courteous to their homes/property. :)
