You enter the corridor and on the right, you'll find the first bedroom featuring a single bed and a BUNK bed; the upper bunk is accessible via a small LADDER. Please consider this when making your reservation. Adjacent to this bedroom is a bathroom equipped with a shower cabin, bidet, WC, and sink. Continuing down the corridor, you will reach the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dining table for your meals and a big TV. At the end of the corridor, you’ll find the master bedroom, which includes a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and a maxi TV. The apartment is well-cooled by a single AC unit located in the kitchen, which efficiently covers the entire space. Guest access As guests, you will have exclusive and complete access to the entire apartment. Upon your arrival, my co-host will give you the keys, guaranteeing you full autonomy during your stay. The cleaning fee of €60 is not included in the rent and will be paid upon check-in directly to my co-host who will take care of preparing everything for your stay. 2. The check-in time is from 3pm to 9pm. After this time, and until midnight, it will only be possible to check in by paying an extra €25 to the person who will be waiting for you outside working hours . After midnight, the price will be €40. 3. Please note that there Is a boiler of 80 ltr, once all hot water is used you will need to wait sometime to warn up new portion of hot water. 4. We follow all laws and regulations, therefore all guests will be required to provide identity documents for registration at the police station and to sign a regular rental contract as required by law. 5.
