Stocked full of all the things to make your stay cozy and comfortable. The home is situated on a moderately traveled street, so it can be a little noisier than some people are used to. With that in mind, we have provided a sound machine with many soothing settings to create a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. :) Guest access The whole house and outdoor area are yours to enjoy! Other things to note You'll be staying in someone's home, so we ask that you treat it with care and kindness When booking this rental, you understand that all members of your party are agreeing to following house rules. -If you want to smoke, we ask that you do so outside...and please be mindful of doors being closed...so the smoke doesn't travel inside. -No profit making ventures. -No parties or events without written approval from host. -Hot Tub Rules- We want you to enjoy the hot tub, but please be mindful that hot tubs are expensive to have and maintain. *Please wipe feet free of debris before entering tub (rocks, dirt, sand, leaves, grass) No Children allowed in the hot tub without adult supervision. *Please do not spill any drinks in the hot tub. *Please do not bring any item in the hot tub, that might get in the filter and damage it (glow sticks, bottle caps, glitter, anything little). Note: If damages occur during your reservation, please contact us. If damages are due to not following the rules, there may be a fine for damages up to $500. *Upon exciting hot tub, please close lid and fasten clips. ****Thank you!! -Relax & Enjoy!! -Checkout is 11 am. Requests for late checkout must be received 24 hours prior to checkout and will only be accommodated if possible. Thank you!
