Plus, with room to park three vehicles, an RV, or even a boat in the driveway, you'll have all the space you need. **The Space:** - **Bedroom 1:** 1 Queen bed - **Bedroom 2:** 1 Queen bed and 1 Twin bunk bed + attached room with 2 Twin bunk beds - **Bedroom 3 (Master):** 2 Queen beds and 1 Twin daybed **Things to Note:** - While we don’t have direct lake access at the moment, the community is building a new greenbelt with lake access right down the street, set to be ready in 2027! - All **bedrooms are located upstairs**. The master suite boasts a private walkout balcony with seasonal lake views, as well as an en-suite bathroom. - Additional bathrooms include one full bath upstairs with a tub, plus a pool bathroom and half-bath downstairs for easy access. **Nearby Attractions:** - We’re just **7 minutes from the Lakefront Beach, Hydros Wake Park, The Cove Indoor Waterpark**, and the marina where you can rent boats or jet skis. - **DFW Airport** is only 25 minutes away, and we’re just 15 minutes from UNT! **LWVDallasSocial** is the perfect getaway for fun, relaxation, and memory-making! Pool and hot tub service is scheduled on Fridays. Our service provider will need access to the backyard for approximately 30 mins, typically between 11am-4pm. If you have a pet with you, please be aware they may enter the backyard during this time. For your pet's safety, we recommend keeping them securely indoors while service is being completed. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home! Early check-ins may be available upon request. We’ll send you an access code on the morning of your check-in, so you can get settled without hassle. Other things to note Important Pool and Hot Tub Information: For safety reasons, no diving or glass in or around the pool area. All guests using the pool and hot tub do so at their own risk. BBQ Grill Cleaning Fee: If you’d like to use the BBQ grill for your cookouts, there will be an additional $25 cleaning fee, which will be billed at the end of your stay.
