In a beautiful area, our nature cottage is located at the foot of the Lochem mountain with views over meadows and forest. Close to the river Berkel and 1 km away from Lochem. With countless and versatile hiking and biking trails nearby, you can easily explore the area. In particular, the eight castle route, the Pieterpad, the many cycling junctions or the most beautiful MTB route of the back corner. Also visit the Hanseatic city of Zutphen or Deventer, the smaller villages nearby or the Witte Wieven. The space Welcome to our cottage! In 2024, our horse stable has been partially converted into a comfortable house with an area of 85m2. On the first floor, there is a living room with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom. The upper floor consists of a spacious bedroom with spacious views. The home features a central heating, underfloor heating and 2 airconditioners. Outside you have a private garden with a terrace. For the electric riders, there is a charging station available. If you really want to unwind during your stay, we offer various wellness packages with our hot tub and barrel sauna for complete relaxation. An overview of the options and rates: Basic Wellness (€75.00): This allows you unlimited use of the electrically heated hot tub and the barrel sauna for one day of your stay. Comfort Wellness (€75.00 + €7.50 per additional night, from 2 nights): This allows you to use the hot tub and barrel sauna during your entire stay. We make sure the hot tub is already filled and heated upon arrival, so you can enjoy it right away! Hot tub OR sauna separately (€50 + €5 per additional night, from 2 nights): If you only want to use the hot tub or only the sauna during the entire stay, that is also possible. Please note: bathrobes, slippers, food and drink are not included in the price. Extra tip: Wellness massages. Would you like to complete your wellness experience? You can also book a relaxing massage (e.g. hot stone or relaxation massage). The cost for this is €50 for half an hour and €80 for a full hour.
