Ajusco RECINTO ROMA Boutique Suites set in a 1920's historic building on beautiful tree-lined Tabasco Street in Colonia Roma. The place offers a mix of cosmopolitan design with a twist of Mexican style like the use of volcanic stone, hardwood floors, contemporary artwork and custom furniture. Ajusco is full of natural light, Queen size bed, WIFI, Nespresso, Smart HD 55" TV, private bathroom. All details designed to make your stay comfortable and unique. We follow sanitization COVID protocols. The space Recinto Roma is comprised of six modern suites. The suites vary in size and cost and some features, one has a bathtub, so please ask us if you are looking for something specific. Entry access and suite access is keyless, codes will be sent one day before your arrival. Please note there are 7 steps from the street entrance to the lobby. 2 suites are located at the main level - no further steps to climb. For the suites on the upper floor and the two in the semi-basement you will have to climb or descend a staircase. Guest access LOCATION Located on one of the nicest tree lined streets in Colonia Roma Norte you will have access to the best restaurants, galleries, bars and much more at one, two or threes blocks away. PARKING There is plenty of paid-parking on the street and a couple paid parking garages one block away. NOISE: Colonia Roma is a lively neighborhood, although we are not on a busy street you might hear noises from people walking to and from the nice venues close by, we provide ear plugs for our guest if you need more just ask. During your stay We have self check in process but I'm usually around happy to meet and to assist if you need anything. Other things to note DRINKING WATER: In our lobby you will find a water dispenser that is much more than that. Purelix Advance has a 5 stage purifying process and also dispenses hot water so you can prepare yourself a nice tea from our tea assortment at the lobby. NO SMOKING. No smoking is allowed in the suite or in the building including halls and parking space. No parties, no more than 2 visitors in the suite during the day. For our guests security and comfort Visitors are only allowed from 10 am to 9 pm. No overnight guests are allowed outside for the ones listed in the Airbnb booking. No pets allowed. Noise: Please keep in mind Colonia Roma is a lively neighborhood full with restaurants and bars, we are not on a busy street but is possible you will hear noise form people walking to this venues. We provide earplugs for our comforts guest, feel free to use them if you 'd like.
