The space This accommodation, located in one of the most beautiful villages on the Costa del Azahar, is ideal for families who want to enjoy the mountains and the sea at the same time. We have designed it with great care, giving it a boho chic style, highlighting its great luminosity and making it very cozy with jute, esparto and mango wood textures. It has a bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, and a living room with access to the terrace. The master bedroom is equipped with a built-in closet and a bed with a latest generation Flex high-end viscoelastic mattress measuring 1.50*1.90 for greater rest. The second bedroom is equipped with a built-in closet and two twin beds. The apartment has an extensive guide that we have prepared in Spanish, English, and French, about the beaches of Alcoceber, places of interest, what to do in Alcoceber, nearby towns of interest, where to eat, pizzerias, contacts of all restaurants, useful phone numbers... Guest access In the Las Arenas development, you can enjoy 2 recreational areas for children with swings and slides. You can make use of 2 large swimming pools and their garden area surrounded by large palm trees, as well as 2 paddle tennis courts. In the accommodation we have totally free Wi-Fi for our guests. Other things to note The accommodation is equipped with 2 powerful hot-cold air conditioners, one in the main room and one in the living/dining room. The other room is equipped with a standing fan. Both rooms have built-in closets and exterior windows with blinds. The master bedroom has an adjustable Mallorcan blind. Free Wi-Fi is also included in the accommodation The living room/dining room has access to the terrace where you can enjoy quiet moments overlooking the entire garden area of the residential complex. It has side awnings and a roof giving you maximum privacy and at the same time avoiding the entry of sunlight. Note that this accommodation is located on the first floor with direct access from the ground floor by elevator. The entire residential complex is two stories high and was all freshly painted in 2023. The accommodation is located just 450 meters from the beach, a beach that is not very crowded as it is located in one of the quietest areas of Alcocebre. Less than 5 minutes away by car, we can reach the center. Well connected to walk in 20 minutes to the leisure area bordering the coast.
