Graz’s old town, the Schlossberg and the University of Graz are within easy walking distance. The bright apartment features a bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room with sofa bed and smart TV, as well as a balcony facing the quiet inner courtyard. Ideal for your stay! The space The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a beautiful historic building in the exclusive villa district of Geidorf and is easily accessible by elevator. The idyllic city park is only a few meters away, and Graz’s old town as well as the Schlossberg can be reached on foot within a few minutes – perfect for those who want to stay centrally located while enjoying a quiet and upscale environment. The University of Graz is also in close proximity and can be reached within a few minutes on foot. Public transport connections are very good: the nearest bus stop is right outside the door and will take you, for example, to the city center or the main train station. The bright and stylishly furnished apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe. If needed, the cozy living room offers a sofa bed with space for two additional guests. The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge with freezer compartment, a stove with oven, a dishwasher, and basic kitchen utensils so you can easily prepare your meals. A cozy dining area in the kitchen invites you to relax, dine, and spend time together. The bathroom is compact but features a bathtub with shower function, a washbasin, and a washing machine. We place great importance on ensuring everything is clean and welcoming for your arrival. The toilet is separate.
