Just a few steps from the idyllic city park, you can also reach the Graz Old Town and Schlossberg within minutes on foot – perfect for those who want a central yet peaceful and upscale environment. The University of Graz is also in close proximity and can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The public transport connections are excellent. The nearest bus stop is just outside the building and provides easy access to the city centre and the main train station. The bright, stylishly furnished apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe. If needed, the cozy living room features a pull-out sofa that provides two additional sleeping spaces.
