It's conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Cannonvale beach, pet-friendly parks, and coffee shops. The property features a secure fenced yard, allowing guests to bring their boat, pets, kids, and caravan. Please get in touch with the co-host only. The space La Petite Boheme is a 1930’s cottage that has been fully refurbished while retaining its old charm with modern furnishings and fittings. This open-plan 2-bedroom cottage features Bedroom 1 has a Double bed Bedroom 2 has a King-size bed and a Sofa bed (please note that the sofa bed is located in the main master bedroom we have a curtain that can be pulled across for privacy please note this is suitable for children or a small person) The space includes a modern kitchen from the 1930s, a living room, 1.5 bathrooms, and a toilet/laundry. The sleep-out has been transformed into a modern indoor BBQ kitchen and dining area, offering a truly unique design that brings people together. Pets are welcome, but please note that there is a pet fee of $25 per pet per day, with a maximum of 2 pets. Kindly inform us if you plan to bring a pet. Enter the gate that way for key access beside the 2 French doors on the left code 3020 Please park beside the shed under the green undercover or at the front concrete gate at the front of the property.
