Within 10 minutes you can reach Steinhuder Meer by bike along the Hagenburg Canal, where you can experience breathtaking sunsets. Shopping, an indoor playground and an adventure golf course are within walking distance. The space The apartment is located on the second floor, covers about 80 m² and was extensively renovated in 2023/2024. It has three bedrooms, each equipped with external blinds: a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and a bunk bed (0.90 x 2.00 m and 1.40 x 2.00 m). The open living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment and leads to all other rooms. From here you can also access the approx. 16 m² south balcony, which is ideal for sunbathing. The kitchen is modernly equipped with an oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The shower room impresses with jointless walls. Guest access We will greet you personally and give you a tour of the place. Other things to note We will gladly provide you with a package of bed linens and towels for 15 euros per person. Of course, we will make the beds for you.
