Centralized HVAC with smart thermostat, hot/cold water softener and fast wifi throughout the house. Fully equipped kitchen: Electric Frigidaire range oven, hood, microwave, dishwasher, Samsung FamilyHub smart refrigerator with filtered water dispenser and ice maker, Nespresso coffee maker, bread toaster, electric kettle, slow cooker, blender, Kitchenaide mixer, cookware sets, plates, glass and cutletries. Oil and seasonings are available. Dining area: Modern glass dining table with chair and bar stools. Extra chairs are available. Laundry use is for long-term stays only. Strictly off-limits to Airbnb guests are the locked master closet, kitchen pantry, enclosed garage and the other locked bedroom. Guests may use the appliances and supplies but do not take them out. Other things to note Only well-behaved pets are welcome. Service animals are free provided with proper documentation. Strictly no pets on bed or furniture. Pets must be on-leashed, crated and must always accompanied by owners. You can access the fully-fenced backyard by the kitchen sliding door or outside gate. Do not leave pets outside unattended for safety. The cleaning fee & pet fees goes 100% to our kind house cleaner who’s a single mom of two. Some of our earnings goes to church donations. Additional fees may be requested for any extra time needed for cleaning, damages and missing items. We do take pictures before and after guests for documentation purposes.
