A private Alpine estate in the heart of the Alpi Cimbre, in Folgaria, where contemporary design meets the authenticity of the mountains, and a private property becomes the setting for a holiday to share with the people you love. Here, you can spend your days together, gather for dinner, an aperitivo or an evening around the fire, while still retreating to your own space, your own suite, your own Residence. An Alpine estate to experience together Maso K comprises three design Residences and one independent Chalet: Il Gufo Dorato · La Tana del Cervo · La Mucca Rossa · Lo Chalet Incantato Together, they can accommodate up to 20 guests, offering a rare balance of togetherness and privacy. Each family can enjoy its own space, while the entire estate becomes a place to come together. Each of the three Residences is approximately 95 sqm and accommodates up to 6 adults. They feature two spacious suites with en-suite bathrooms, generous living areas, XXL sofas, a dining table for 8 and fully equipped kitchens. These are not simply apartments. They are private Alpine residences, designed to be lived in. The pleasure of feeling at home Every detail has been carefully considered to offer the independence and comfort of a private home, combined with the thoughtful service of a refined hospitality experience. The kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal together, while on request we can arrange for a private chef to cook in your Residence. You will also find a Nespresso coffee machine, essential kitchen supplies and our own little touches: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, coarse salt and Maso K’s aromatic salt blend. Breakfast is included. Your stay begins with a warm welcome. Upon arrival, you will find a breakfast basket with butter and milk from the local dairy, jam, honey from our own hives and Nespresso coffee pods. Every morning, fresh bread and a brioche or krapfen will be waiting outside your door. A simple, authentic breakfast to be enjoyed slowly in the privacy of your Residence, while the mountains awaken. Spaces designed for togetherness The living areas are the heart of the Residences: XXL sofas, designer furnishings, natural materials, a 55” Smart TV and a warm, contemporary Alpine atmosphere. Spaces for an after-dinner conversation, a film together, a game, a good book or simply for slowing down and enjoying the rhythm of the mountains. The suites, meanwhile, offer a quiet retreat of your own. Each Residence features two suites with en-suite bathrooms; Lo Chalet features one suite with a private bathroom and an additional bathroom in the living area. Bed linen, duvets, extra blankets, towels, sauna towels and bathroom amenities are all prepared for your arrival. Lo Chalet Incantato An even more private retreat Set apart from the Residences, Lo Chalet Incantato offers an even more intimate experience. Approximately 100 sqm spread over three levels, it features one suite with a private bathroom, an additional bathroom and accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children. Surrounding the Chalet are 400 sqm of private garden. A secluded place to slow down, breathe and enjoy the mountains in complete tranquillity, while remaining part of the life of the Maso. 9,000 sqm of nature, exclusively yours The true dimension of Maso K reveals itself outdoors. 9,000 sqm of private grounds, immersed in nature and opening onto breathtaking mountain views. Wellness carved into the rock Among Maso K’s most distinctive features is our wellness area, carved into the natural rock of the Maso. But don’t worry — we’ll recommend a convenient ski storage facility at the foot of the slopes, where you can leave your skis, boots and helmets. That way, you can simply slip into your comfortable shoes and head back to the car with ease! In summer and during the shoulder seasons, forests and mountains invite you to enjoy trekking, hiking, cycling, outdoor activities and golf on the 18-hole course. And its location makes it possible to combine the tranquillity of the mountains with visits to some of Northern Italy’s most captivating destinations: Trento, Verona, Lake Garda and Venice.
