This comfortable and quiet apartment has all the comforts you need! It is located on a quiet street, on the second floor of an elegant and quiet building with an elevator. It consists of a bright living room with kitchen, a small terrace, a bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Entering the apartment you enter an entrance with a large mirror. Next, you are in a large living area with a kitchen that has all the amenities you need! The environment is very bright thanks to the 4 windows that illuminate the house and reflect light on all surfaces of the kitchen and floor! The living room leads to the bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is spacious, with shower, toilet and bidet. Completing the apartment is a delightful private terrace from which you can enjoy wonderful breakfasts, lunches, aperitifs and dinners outdoors! The apartment has just been renovated, the work was finished in July 2024, it is completely new with all kinds of comforts, from air conditioning to a washer with dryer. Other things to note If you need an early check-in, let me know in advance, I'm flexible and happy to help, consistent with previous reservations and checkout! Check-in is by 8:00 p.m., if you arrive after this time, check-in is not guaranteed, you should let me know in advance and I evaluate it based on arrival time and per day if I can let you do it.
