This craftsman beauty is a half-block from the incredible shops and restaurants of 12 South, but that half-block is far enough for easy parking and restful quiet. It's an eight-minute drive to downtown and an easy walk to Belmont and Vanderbilt This quiet apartment includes a full kitchen, bath, living room, and bedroom. It occupies half of the main floor of our turn-of-the-20th-century home, where our happy family of five lives, goes to work & school, and raises backyard hens. The space Our space is clean, quiet and private. It has its own front door and no access to other parts of the house. Full kitchen includes plates, glasses, silverware and cooking tools and a growler you can fill at the Filling Station beer shop right across the street. The bed is extremely comfortable! Guest access Our house has two front doors. The apartment entrance is the door on the left, closest to the porch swing. Other things to note Parking on our street is by permit only. We have up to two guest passes you can use. Please keep the door locked when you are away and when you leave.
