Step out onto a balcony with your morning coffee, choosing between views of the ocean or the Intracoastal, and settle into a rhythm shaped by water, sky, and quiet surroundings. Sleeping arrangements: Spacious multi-level layout with privacy and scenic views Four bedrooms are spread across three floors, offering space and privacy for up to 8 guests. On the first floor, two bedrooms each feature a queen bed and are conveniently located near the bathroom and pool area. The second floor includes a bedroom with a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a TV for relaxed downtime. The third-floor master bedroom features a king bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite with a bathtub, shower, and dual vanities. From here, you can step onto two separate balconies, one overlooking the ocean and the other facing the canal and pool. Indoor living: Comfortable shared spaces with work and relaxation in mind The second-floor family room creates a comfortable gathering space, complete with a TV and space to unwind after a day outside. A dedicated workspace on the first floor provides a quiet area for catching up on work, supported by Wifi. Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor fireplace help maintain comfort throughout the home, while a washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays. Kitchen and dining: Fully equipped kitchen with seamless indoor-outdoor flow The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, whether you are starting the day with coffee at the breakfast bar or gathering around the dining table for dinner. The layout flows easily into the living areas, and the dining space opens to a balcony overlooking the water, creating an easy connection between indoor and outdoor living. The pool offers a refreshing place to relax, with heating available from December 1 to April 30 for an additional fee of 25 per day. The canal-front setting includes a boat slip and kayak, making it easy to enjoy the water, and an outdoor shower adds convenience after time at the beach or pool. Location: Quiet coastal setting with convenient access to nearby destinations Set in the Hammock Beach area of Flagler Beach, the home offers a quieter coastal setting while remaining close to local restaurants and attractions. Central Avenue is approximately 4.6 miles away, and St. Augustine is within reach for a day trip. Additional features: Practical amenities and safety measures for a smooth stay Free parking on premises and a private entrance support a smooth arrival, with self check-in available via smart lock. The property is pet-friendly. For added peace of mind, the home includes exterior security cameras on property, a noise monitoring device, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Important NO GLITTER/NO DYE: Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules. No Smoking of any Kind: Smoking of any kind will result in a $750 additional cleaning and Ozone fee. This includes, but is not limited to vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, or any other form of smoking. POOL HEATING POLICY: Private pool is open year-round and equipped with a NEW high-performance electric pool heater. Pool heating service is available upon request only during Dec 1st to Apr 30th at an additional fee of $25 per day which covers added utility expenses. The temperature is set and locked to 81 Fahrenheit. If interested, you must contact the host at least 3 days prior to arrival to arrange for pool heating service. Good Neighbor Policy & Noise Monitoring: This home is located in a residential neighborhood, and we ask all guests to be mindful of our neighbors. To help ensure a peaceful environment, we use privacy-compliant noise monitoring technology that measures decibel levels (without recording conversations). If excessive noise or occupancy is detected, our team will receive an alert and reach out with a friendly reminder about quiet hours and maximum occupancy. LBTR36973 Guest access As our guests, you will have access to the entire home, except the owner’s closet. Free wifi is available throughout the property. You’ll also have access to a laundry room equipped with a free washer and dryer. Other things to note Florida is home to many bugs, insects, critters and many animals. For your group's safety, please clean up any food that could attract any of these creatures.
