The space The Saudade Alfama Duplex (38m²) is located on the fourth and fifth floors of a historic building in Alfama, offering a true Lisbon experience. The first floor includes a cozy living area with a sofa bed, a dining table for four, a bathroom, wardrobe, and a fully equipped kitchen. On the second floor, discover a bright and airy bedroom with views over Alfama’s iconic rooftops and the Tejo River. The fireplace shown in the bedroom photo is electric and decorative only. The apartment provides modern amenities like air conditioning, Smart TVs on both floors, and high-speed Wi-Fi for your convenience. Bed Size: This studio featuring a 160x200 cm queen bed. Water Heater The apartment features a 100-liter water heater, so please be mindful of hot water usage in both the kitchen and bathroom. If the hot water runs out, it may take up to 2 hours for the water heater to fully reheat. We recommend using hot water efficiently to ensure a steady supply throughout your stay.
