Additional rules * This home has a maximum overnight occupancy of 30 people. * Request add'l information for hosting parties or events larger than 30 people. * Add'l guest fees beyond 16 people are $35/guest/day * Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times. * Guests must comply with local noise ordinance. * Quiet hours in local ordinance are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. * Pets allowed by request or direct booking ($100 pet fee per pet). * Propane tanks are available for use and can be filled at the gas station at the bottom of the hill as needed * There may be wildlife or bugs on site, but mostly bunnies ;) * No Confetti Policy -- confetti does damage to pool, plumbing, property, equipment. $200 fee will be charged for confetti found after check-out.
