Individual Room w/bathroom at Chill House 623

I moved to this old house back in 1995 with my family, since then, everything has and will continue changing... Now has become "Chill House" a cozy, safe and stress-free home. ~(˘▾˘~). We offer a calm environment for study, digital work, tourism or just passing by San Jose. We have a great location and I can offer you guidance in Spanish and English if required. PURA VIDA, CHILL, HYGGE. The space We offer rooms with individual bathroom, a cozy living room with comfortable couches to rest, read or interact with the other guests (there is no TV but Internet speed is quite good) . The kitchenette is set for disposition to cover the basic needs for cooking, fridge and cabinets for food storage. The main entrance is through the garage, the rooms are located in the 2nd FLOOR. I live in the first floor with my 2 cats and recently a beautiful dog. We do not allow external visitors for the house and guests safety. Guest access The neighborhood is calm and quite small; we are super close to different universities (public and private), we are behind the best gastronomic area (Escalante) and couple of different bar zones (San Pedro y La Cali). There are multiple shopping stores nearby and we are 3km walking distance from San José downtown. There are nice routes to walk or run around. Public and private transportation is always available. We do not have parking, but you are welcome to park outside if needed. During your stay I enjoy meeting new people and share nice moments with a cup of tea/coffee or a beer... The only difficulty is that I'm a full time Graphic Design teacher in a public high school, therefore, my working schedule is quite mix... :-p I can give my phone number once booking is confirmed, I try to respond as fast as possible (considering my job...)
