The Carolina Clover is close walking distance to all the best restaurants, bars, and shops on the island. Shaded by two beautiful gigantic maple and pecan trees in the front yard, explore the island like a local in the coolness of the day! The space Main front unit of duplex. Private 2 Bed/1Bath. Guests occupy completely separate back unit with different outside entrance. Appliances: full size fridge, oven/stove, microwave, blender, and toaster. Fully stocked kitchen: Dishes, pots/pans, utensils, drip coffee pot, coffee, and tea. Bed linens and 4 bath towels provided, as well as hand soap, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, and paper towels, and a roll of toilet paper to get you started. WiFi available throughout the home and Roku equipped TV's in both bedrooms and main living room (Disney+ & Hulu provided). Pets allowed with $200 pet fee per pet (2 pet max). Please let us know prior to booking. Parking - 2 free spaces available. Please be respectful of our neighbors and avoid parking in their yards. Guest Access - We have an outdoor shower located in the backyard and under the staircase you are welcome to use. Entry through front door and back door. Keyless PIN code lock on front door that is specific to you. Have a larger group and need more space? Stay close and reserve the back unit of this duplex!
