Apartment located 12 minutes walk from the historic center and the beaches of Sestri Levante and five minutes from the train station. Ideal place to stay to visit Sestri, the towns of the Gulf of Tigullio or the Cinque Terre, about an hour away by car or 30 minutes by train. Sestri is also about 30 minutes from Genoa and an hour and a half from Pisa. Condominium parking (unassigned parking spaces). The space Apartment located on the third floor of a building with free parking and a lift to reach the floor. The accommodation opens onto a bright living room with a dining table, TV, two sofas, one of which is a double bed, and a French window that gives access to a large private terrace equipped with a table and chairs. Here you can enjoy the Riviera climate to the fullest with outdoor lunches and dinners during the summer season. Next to the living room is a kitchen equipped with everything you need to store, prepare and consume meals during your stay: hob with burners, electric oven, fridge and freezer, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kitchen utensils and dishes. You will then find the bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, a second television and a pull-out single bed inside the cabinet near the TV. Finally, there is a bathroom complete with toilet, shower and washing machine. The linen is rented from a specialized company and supplied by us for each stay based on the number of people in the reservation and is included in the price. Small and medium-sized pets are allowed if they are well-behaved and used to living in an apartment. There is no WI-FI connection at the moment. There is no air conditioning, you will find a fan in the bedroom. The heating is centralized with valves, so the dates and times of switching on and off will be managed by the condominium, based on their regulations and the directives of the Municipality of Sestri Levante. NOTE: The building has condominium parking available: however, parking spaces are not privately assigned to each accommodation, so it may not always be guaranteed that you will find a free space. Guest access Guests will have access to all the spaces of the apartment which is rented entirely and without spaces shared with others. Only one room of the house will not be available as it is locked and used as a small personal storage room for the property. The room is in fact not included in the description of the accommodation and in our offer. Other things to note ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Airbnb booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of €2/day per person (up to 10 nights) which will be collected separately. Minors up to the age of 12 are exempt. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 25€ per night for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF IT IS POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE FEE WILL BE HIGHER. 4) Small and medium-sized pets are accepted, at an extra cost of €5 per night per pet. (For longer stays a flat rate will be established). Obviously, you are asked to behave with education and respect for the house and the neighborhood and not to bring with you pets that are not used to living in an apartment. OPTIONS FOR GETTING TO THE HOUSE By car, taking the A12 motorway with the Sestri Levante exit. Travel by public transport From all Milan airports you can use the shuttle buses connecting to the Central Station, which are active in each terminal approximately every half hour. From the Central Station, numerous regional or intercity trains depart for Genoa-La Spezia and stop in Sestri Levante (approximately two and a half hours' journey). From Pisa Galilei Airport Less than 40 metres from the Passenger Terminal, the new, fully automatic and fast People Mover connection is active, with shuttles that directly connect the airport to Pisa Central Station. Operating every day from 6:00 to 24:00 (journey time approximately 5 minutes) From there you can take a regional or intercity train towards Genoa with a stop in Sestri Levante (an hour and a half journey with intercity, two and a half with regional trains). From Genoa Colombo Airport With the VolaBus shuttle bus with a stop outside the Arrivals area you can reach the Genoa Piazza Principe train station in approximately 30 minutes. The service is active every day, with a ride approximately every 40 minutes. Ticket costs 6 euros one way (12 euros return) and is also valid for 60 minutes on all AMT network rides. Children up to 4 years old travel for free. From Principe station there are numerous regional or intercity trains towards La Spezia with a stop in Sestri Levante (a fifty minute journey with intercity/an hour and twenty minutes with regional trains).
