Welcome to Highridge Condo B10, a cozy and well-appointed two-bedroom mountain retreat located at the base of Killington Mountain. Ideal for couples or small families, this condo offers classic Vermont charm and easy access to year-round adventures. During the winter season, a complimentary shuttle runs on weekends and peak holidays, and the Highridge Ski Trail provides ski-home access with some flat terrain. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living space centered around a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or trails. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals at home, along with a washer and dryer for added convenience. Sleeping accommodations include one queen bedroom and a second bedroom with a bunk bed, comfortably sleeping up to five guests. A private sauna adds a special touch, offering the perfect place to unwind and warm up après-ski. Guests staying at Highridge enjoy access to the Highridge Sports Center, which includes an indoor pool, hot tubs, fitness equipment, and a game room. During the winter season, a complimentary shuttle runs on weekends and peak holidays, and the Highridge Ski Trail provides ski-home access with some flat terrain. In the summer months, guests can take advantage of nearby hiking and mountain biking trails, as well as outdoor tennis and pickleball courts. Highridge offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration and approval. Guests must download the SWTCH app and contact us to be registered before arrival. Highridge Condo B10 is a comfortable and convenient home base for exploring everything Killington has to offer, whether you’re visiting for ski season, summer activities, or a relaxing mountain escape. *Security deposit required during check-in-Review house rules for more details. NO SMOKING | NO PETS Guest access We offer a fully remote check-in process for your convenience. After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a text message with a link to complete our rental agreement. On the day of arrival, you will receive a separate text with a secure link to provide the required security deposit authorization. Once both the rental agreement and security deposit are completed, you will be sent our welcome guide, which includes the property address, door code, Wi-Fi information, and all check-in details. Please note that check-in information cannot be released until all required steps are completed. Other things to note • Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit. • Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property. • Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo. • Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo. • Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. • Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow. • Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo. • Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM - Seven days per week. • EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete, and approval typically takes 2 days, so early registration is required.
