The space The living and dining area is designed for comfort, featuring a small round table that seats four, along with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. Relax on the sofa, which includes a sleeper sofa, or unwind in the love seat by the wood-burning fireplace. A flat-screen TV mounted above the mantle provides entertainment, while a small desk area next to the fireplace offers a convenient workspace. The kitchen is modestly stocked for your convenience, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The condo includes two full bathrooms one with a shower/tub combo and another with a shower and a sauna, providing options for relaxation and rejuvenation. The main floor master bedroom features a queen bed and a flat-screen TV, ensuring a restful night s sleep. Upstairs, the loft bedroom includes a king bed with an attached bathroom and sauna, along with another flat-screen TV for added comfort. Amenities include air conditioning in the living room, a two-person sauna, a washer/dryer, and Wi-Fi throughout the unit. Guest access We offer a fully remote check-in process for your convenience. After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a text message with a link to complete our rental agreement. On the day of arrival, you will receive a separate text with a secure link to provide the required security deposit authorization. Once both the rental agreement and security deposit are completed, you will be sent our welcome guide, which includes the property address, door code, Wi-Fi information, and all check-in details. Please note that check-in information cannot be released until all required steps are completed. Other things to note • Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit. • Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found on the property. • Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo. • Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo. • Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. • Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow. • Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo. • Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM - Seven days per week.
