The house is in a quiet area only 250 metres from a train station and close to restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The space The accommodation is quiet and private, forming part of a large detached house with garden and pool. We rent two similar, completely separate rooms in the house. Both have their own private bathrooms. You share the front door with guests of the other room and there is a coffee machine and kettle in the entrance hall. Otherwise, your room and bathroom, your poolside kitchen, pool and garden are all for your use only. No other guests have access. Guest access The offer includes use of the private swimming pool and attractive garden area with a fully equipped outside kitchen. There is an outside shower and bathroom/changing room. The garden, pool and outside kitchen are reserved for the guests of this room. Access to the room is via a shared front door, but the hosts' own accommodation on site is completely separate. Other things to note There is private, on-site secure parking available. without charge. FAQ: Is the pool overlooked from the house or by the neighbours? The pool itself is completely secluded from view. The neighbours cannot see the garden or pool. The hosts' own kitchen overlooks one part of the garden's grassy area where there is a shaded part for eating, but the hosts will always respect any requests for complete privacy to the best of their ability.
