The Accommodation The villa, tastefully decorated and fully equipped, is distributed over two floors and offers a cosy and exclusive environment. Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious and bright living room with large windows offering views of the pool and garden. The living room features a comfortable chaise longue sofa, air conditioning, Smart Tv and internet access (WiFi), ideal for moments of relaxation. Next to the living room is the dining room with a wooden table and designer chairs and a modern American-style kitchen fully equipped with high-quality appliances: induction, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all necessary utensils. Additionally on this floor, two bedrooms are distributed, one with a King size bed and another with two single beds, both with close access to a full bathroom with shower. From the living room, a corridor leads to the lower floor, where a second beautiful living room and an additional kitchen are located, as well as two more bedrooms: one with three single beds and another with a King size bed. On this ground floor, there is also a full bathroom with bathtub and shower. The exterior of the villa is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate, with a private pool surrounded by sun loungers, a built-in barbecue area, an outdoor table for al fresco dining, and a spacious garden that ensures privacy and tranquillity.
