Accommodating up to 4 guests, this apartment offers a cozy and bright living-dining room with a comfortable sofa bed and access to a spacious terrace. The independent kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom features 2 single beds and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom includes a shower. Additionally, air conditioning and Wi-Fi ensure your comfort at all times. The building offers a large outdoor communal swimming pool with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing on sunny days. The swimming pool is subject to the internal rules of the homeowners’ association, which are independent of Inftour. Access requires an identification card that must be requested directly at the building’s concierge desk. A refundable deposit of 50 euros is required for the card, which will be returned upon its handover. This process must be handled personally with the concierge. The location is unbeatable: just 300 meters from Arenal Beach and the vibrant promenade lined with restaurants, bars, and shops.
