This used to be our home, the house is perfect for a family with children, and professionals working remotely. Located 45 minutes from Lisbon airport it offers many outdoor activities and has a private surf-break. The space Upper floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 180cm, 1 bed 160cm, 1 bed 105cm) and 2 full bathrooms. Ground floor: Big open space living area/kitchen. Office with a sofa bed (160cm when pulled out). WC. Basement (on street level): Gym equipment, kids trampoline, pool table, garage with EV charger. Studio with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), own kitchenette, full bathroom, and TV. This area can also be used as an office space. Outside space: 10x4 m pool with pool cover. Two outside showers with hot water. Sofa and sun chairs. The house is well insulated and in the summer time there is no need for A/C or fans, simply open some windows and let the Atlantic breeze refresh the house. During the colder months the water based underfloor heating will keep you warm and comfortable! Electrical window shutters and inside window blinds throughout the house.
