And on the semi-basement floor we have the other living room also with a fireplace and a 150 cm sofa bed. The downstairs living room is fully equipped for family gatherings, with 2 folding tables of 180 cms each, perfect for a large dinner. In the outdoor area we find a 6x4 meter pool and an exclusive rest area and BBQ, ideal to enjoy the good weather that Granada has throughout the year. Other things to note Being located a few kilometers from Granada and having such easy access, you can do different activities in a short space of time. We are 40 minutes from the Pradollano station, with more than 100 km of skiable slopes and a specific area to enjoy the snow without having to use the ski lifts. In less than 45 minutes you can be enjoying the sea on any of the wonderful beaches of the Costa Tropical, such as Almuñécar, La Herradura or Motril, and do any kind of water sport, especially scuba diving in La Herradura, considered one of the most beautiful seabeds in the Mediterranean. In a few minutes after leaving the house you can walk along the wonderful route of the village of Moclín, or experience the route of Los Cahorros, one of the most famous in Andalusia, with several hanging bridges and different pools for bathing.
