You'll love this renovated & convenient gem in the heart of downtown Lander! We lovingly call it "Creek Retreat" for its sweet creek frontage that brings the deer to the yard. This house retains a modern feel from its construction era, while being completely remodeled: NEW electrical, plumbing, full kitchen, windows, insulation, HVAC, bathroom & laundry room. There's a dedicated workspace with Internet, and this centrally located 3 bedroom home is within 1 mile of just about everything in town! The space Step inside into the cozy and quiet living area, curated with a fun, modern design, creating a space that is both visually stunning and comfortable. There is a large living room, open to a full-use kitchen with an island/breakfast bar, so everyone can gather together. There is also a dedicated workspace with a full-size desk and Internet included. Our home features three really cozy bedrooms—A king bedroom, and two queen bedrooms —Each furnished with quality mattresses, and each with pillow-top covers for a peaceful night's sleep. The bedding is fresh, clean and soft. The blackout/room darkening curtains help make a restful atmosphere, allowing you to sleep well and wake up ready to work or explore. We understand that your four-legged friends are part of the family, so if you are interested in bringing a pet please reach out and we'll see if we can accommodate. Privacy is key in this home, as there are no shared spaces or other units in our property. Enjoy the tranquility of your own retreat, allowing you to fully unwind and relax. One of my favorite parts of this house is it is incredibly quiet, safe and secure. Convenience is at your doorstep, with Sage West Hospital, downtown Lander, all of the schools and gymnasiums, Sinks Canyon State Park, and all the eateries all within a close proximity to this central location. Whether you're visiting for work, community activities, or leisure, our location offers easy access to the best that Lander has to offer, including the ability to walk just about anywhere from here. There's also great walking and running routes right out the front door. There are multiple off-street parking spaces, making it convenient to park even a larger vehicle. Additionally, our home has ZERO steps, and both entrances are larger than 32 inches. The king-size bedroom also had a bedroom door larger than 32 inches. In summary, our Downtown Creek Retreat combines comfort, style and convenience. Whether you're working remotely, traveling for work, or simply looking for a beautiful and comfortable stay while visiting town, our property provides the perfect haven. Feel free to reach out with any questions. We look forward to hosting your stay! Guest access You will have private access to the whole property, with no shared spaces or attached units/shared walls. Other things to note: We will include coffee, dishwasher soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash and laundry detergent. You'll also have plenty of clean towels, bedding and pillows during your stay. The trash bid is located on the side deck. Please bag and tie all garbage bags prior to placing them in the dumpster. Trash pickup day is on Wednesday prior to 6am, so you can wheel it out to the street Tuesday evening if applicable to your stay. It's picked up weekly. The Wi-Fi name and password is located in the office. There's also a Smart TV you can use too. Upon leaving, please rinse all used dishes and load them in the dishwasher. Please lock all windows and doors. Please place used towels in the hampers or shower. Please take all bagged trash to the outside dumpster. Also, please turn off all lights, and leave the heat setting on. Please note, all pets must be registered during the booking process. Pet fee and pet restrictions apply.
