Roger Canyon Retreat *1 A cozy basement apartment

10 minutes away from the UW stadium! Welcome to the base of Laramie Range with gorgeous views of Roger's Canyon where you can see the surrounding Rocky Mountains, antelope, deer, rabbits, and the wild horses on the abundant open land with sunsets/sunrises that are breathtaking. We are located less than 6 miles from the University of Wyoming. Great for game day weekends - football and basketball, terrific for skiing, and hiking for summer vacations! The space Welcome to your private retreat, nestled in the entirety of our home's basement. You will enter through the garage side door and descend the stairs to your private entrance. As a family of six, with four young boys, we go to bed between 9 and 10 pm. We are also joined by two friendly dogs, an AussieDoodle(Kimber) and a Corky (Foxy). We also have a large flock of chickens, geese, and ducks to the right of the house that are very friendly and love fruits, veggies, and any leftovers you would like to give them. Bedroom: The large bedroom has two very comfortable queen beds, a nightstand, and a lamp. Kitchen: This is a full kitchen with everything to make a wonderful meal. Electric Stovetop and Oven, full size Fridge and Freezer, and a dishwasher. There is pancake mix for an easy breakfast in the cupboard that you are welcome to use. There is a coffee pot, coffee, sugar and liquid creamers, and a hot pot for teas and hot chocolate. Bathroom: This space has a step-in tiled shower with a high-pressure rain showerhead. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. In the bathroom vanity, there is a hairdryer and first aid kit as well. Living Room: Make yourself at home on the two leather reclining love seats while enjoying a show on the 55" smart TV. Additional blankets are provided in a basket beside the couches for your comfort. Also, a few games and books are available in the side table for your entertainment. We can set up an additional 2 twin beds if you need extra sleeping space. Please message us if you would like the extra beds. If you need more space, we do have a second listing where you can rent our entire basement that can sleep 16 and that unit has a washer and dryer available.
